Pre- Registration deadline of 15th January 2018 is now over.

Few on-spot registrations will be available on-site.

Vivekanand Polyclinic for BRASCON workshop on morning of Friday 2nd Feb and SGPGIMS, Lecture Theatre Complex on 3rd & 4th Feb 2018.

 

A. On-Spot Registrations

A few on-spot registrations would be accepted on 2nd-4th February 2018 and payment will be accepted cash only. On-spot registered delegates may not be able to get the registration kit and copy of course manual. They may not be able to avail guest house accommodation. However, they would be able to attend the scientific and social program of the course and will receive a certificate of participation.

On 2nd Feburary On-spot registrations will be done at Vivekanad Polyclinic hospital only. Delegates should report directly there and on 3rd & 4th Feburary in SGPGI, Lucknow premises.

All the pre-registered delegates will be given registration badge only on 2nd Feb at Vivekanand Polyclinic Institute. They should collect their registration kit on 3rd Feb from SGPGIMS.

Participants registering after 11th January 2018 would be able to participate in whole of the course, including the lectures and demonstrations of the workshop, BUT NOT in the hands-on part of the workshop.

****All the delegates registered for UG course will have to fill an online feedback form at the venue. Then only they will be mailed an online PDF certificate. Without filling online feedback form at the venue, we will not be able to provide certificate.

  • ** Shall have access to all the social events, inclusive of breakfast, lunch & dinner
  • Registration is inclusive of registration kit, meals, access to scientific sessions & all the social events.
  • Registration kit & other previliges cannot be guaranteed for the on spot registrations.
  • Online registration will close on 31st Jan midnight. After that only on-spot registration will be done on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Feb. ( 2nd Feb at VPIMS, Lucknow, 3rd and 4th Feb at SGPGIMS.). On-spot registartion will be done through cash payment only ( credit cards/Debit cards/ Demand Drafts will not be accepeted)

Registration for workshop is must for participating in the workshops.

Cancellation policy

Request for cancellation of registration should be sent in writing to the course director by speed post/ courier. Only such requests received on or before 31st January 2018 will be entertained. 50% of registration fees and 50% of advance paid for accommodation (if any) will be refunded after the course is over.

B. Pre-Registered Delegates

All pre-registered delegates have been informed of confirmation of registration by email. Delegates can collect receipt of payment of registration fee from the registration desk.

All pre-registered delegates are advised to bring a printed copy of the confirmation email and a photo ID to the registration desk situated in the foyer of tele-medicine center SGPGI (venue of the conference) to collect their delegate badge and registration kit. Please note: these would be handed over individually to the delegates themselves, and not to any one else even if nominated/ authorised by the registered delegate.

The certificate of attendance, and the course manual on a pen-drive would be handed over to the registered delegate in-person during/ immediately after the valedictory function on evening of 4th February.

(Delegate kit, participation certificate and course manual are privileges reserved for delegates who attend the course. Mere payment of registration fee does not entitle one for these.)
